We encountered a seemingly deep issue with the aircon drain just after we moved into our new apartment. After a thorough service and cleaning by Metropolitan, the Aircons continued dripping after a day and then Joel was appointed to us as a follow up check after 2 days.He patiently diagnosed the issue, took on my feedback from whatever I had noticed so far. Applied his own acumen and experience to systemmatically invesigate the root cause and subsequently resolved the issue relating to the dripping drain pipe. It's looking good now.

They tried to charge me $1300 dollars to get my air conditioner cleaned.Also charged a call out fee and used 3 different company names. Very shady and suspected money laundering...A aircon cleaning should cost about 100 dollars.

Seriously, if anyone would like to pay $1239 for clean and service your aircon this is the company 100% the right one for you. I can understand people charge a little bit more because of 24 hour service. I will leave this for everyone to judge. But in my opinion paying a call out fee and giving above market price for service and cleaning is really unethical.

The folks at Metropolitan Air Conditioning were a pleasure to work with. When my air conditioner broke down, they sent a technician out to my home right away. Andy was very helpful, and he got my system up and running again quickly. I appreciated their speedy service and would definitely use them again in the future.
