I’ve given this place too many chances. The final straw was when they ruined my brows before my wedding. I asked for light brown brow tint and I got black… luckily my hairdresser fixed it by giving me a fringe. Every time I look at my wedding photos all I can see is bold black brows…. I’m a pale red head. I wouldn’t expect that from a cheap place but this place is expensive! Suffice to say I will never return.

Olivia was lovely, super efficient and great results for my first lash lift here. Booking system was simple to use and I love the prepayment online.Thanks so much, I’ll for sure be back :)

The Lash Studio is the best lash place I’ve found in Sydney (I’ve been to about 20 different salons over the years). The booking system is easy to use, the girls are lovely to deal with and I always leave with fantastic lashes. I consistently get asked where I got my lashes done and compliments on how amazing they look. I’ve never had that after visiting other studios/salons. Thank you The Lash Studio for making me feel good and look great too. Five stars all round!

So happy with my lashes. Just wish I’d found this place sooner! Quality lashes and lovely staff member (I believe it was Olivia). So many compliments from colleagues and friends! Had been going elsewhere for years and years, but nowhere near these results.

I had a lash lift last week, since then I’ve had 2 different people comment on how amazing my eyes were.The lift has clearly worked its magic - I’ll definitely be heading back to the lash studio after these compliments.

Love love love my lashes. A regular customer now (with Sasha, but all the team there are amazing! ). Always able to find an appointment time that suits me. Great online booking system. Comfortable environment. Highly recommend!

I've been a frequent customer at the Lash Studio for six years now, and there has not been a single time that I have left disappointed with my lashes or the service. Claire is highly professional and generous, she provides the highest quality lashes and every technician is well-informed and always do a great job. All the ladies at the Studio are extremely friendly, welcoming and respectful. Any time I have have had a minor issue with my extensions, I have been compensated without question and hesitation. Advice has always been provided on how to care for my lashes and help them last longer, and they are always happy to make sure their customers are comfortable and satisfied. I have extremely sensitive eyes and attention has always been given from the taping stage to the final result to ensure that my eyes are cared for delicately. I can't imagine getting my lashes done anywhere else, and the fact that I have been going here for all these years shows that The Lash Studio values its customer relationships and has been consistent. I love this salon and the ladies that have treated me as more than just a customer for all of these years, I can't thank them enough :)
