Absolutely impeccable dining experience from start to finish. Such friendly service and a great way to order with pen and paper.The menu has so much variety and delicious fresh ingredients which is a really great thing in a town like Albury. The highlight was probably the calamari with nduja. Such a mouth watering fish! The pasta dishes were cooked perfectly al Dente with great flavours.I don’t come to Albury often but will be sure to come here as much as possible!

We just moved to Albury and this restaurant alone has confirmed we 100% made the right move. We dropped in for a late Sunday night dinner and the professional, friendly and attentive team at Norma does not disappoint! Great wine list and the kind of pasta you would order as your last meal on death row. The Heirloom Tomato, Baby Cucumber and Ricotta and the Polenta Chips with Oregano Mayo will definitely make return appearances on our many returns. Can’t wait to work through the whole menu!10 out of 10!!

Surprised to see this place as we headed to our hotel, booked in for an early dinner and we’re so glad we did. Probably the best meal we’ve had anywhere in Oz in the last three years. Do yourself a favour: great vibes, great staff, and exceptional food and drink. We’ll be back; might even make a special trip.

The place looks really nice, the staff are friendly, unfortunately can’t say the same about the food. We had the worst pasta. The sauce was bland, watery, oily without any flavours. It was supposed to be having prosciutto but instead we got some chunks of meat and the pasta was cooked unevenly and again without any flavour. We got a mozzarella starter and it was fine but it also seemed like it was just out of a packet from a supermarket and nothing special.

Nice experience.The calamari was crispy and the pepper sauce underneath was flavourful.The tomato and cucumber whipped ricotta was fine, it sounds exactly what it would taste like.The linguine prawn pasta was fantastic. The noodles were al-dente and the white wine sauce was amazing.The spaghetti with pesto was also great.The tiramisu was a fabulous ending to the night.Overall, a good place too visit. But, I think for the portions you get, the prices are a little bit high.

Norma is comfort food. We had the best bowl of pasta on our way back home. The food is absolutely delicious and definitely worth a stop when in Albury. Lovely, cosy and relaxed.

This is such a great little fine. The pasta is the best pasta I've had anywhere in the world. Perfectly cooked and balanced, the kitchen staff run like a well oiled machine but are very accommodating as well. Great food, great service and great wine selection. Will definitely be back.

Where do I start? I had the best pasta I’ve ever had at Norma! I highly recommend ordering the linguine with mussels and clams. Even though mussels were unavailable and we were given clams, this dish blew my mind. Each bite I took, took me on a food journey! The service was also exceptional! For anyone staying or transiting in Albury this is a must visit!

I really wanted this to be five stars. Disappointingly it just wasn’t. Service was really good. You cannot book in advance so we got a very very small round table squeezed in a corner. The acoustics are such that it is very noisy. Food was average. Really wanted this to be the next Italian go to. Groovy approach to ordering was appealing. Try it for yourself but we won’t be rushing back.

What can I say.... The best pasta I have ever had. The food was amazing, the service was kind, warm and welcoming and it felt like family. You could see them working on the kitchen making the pasta fresh as you eat. It was a very lucky find... Wen have considered doing the trip from Melbourne just tiniest here again.We had the feed me" option and it was fantastic... The calamari... The linguini and the tiramisu were all unforgettable.Amazing cocktails too!"
