Always great food but waiting over 1 hour for pizzas & after asking staff to follow up left us sitting for another 15 mins before we received 1 of the 3 things ordered. We then received the 2nd & 15 mins later the last of our order. No communication from the staff to us on a mistake made during cooking the order. We were offer free drinks.

No vegan options.Even if you order the only veg/vegan burger, and ask for it to be made vegan, they can't be trusted to do it. When I came back to explain you'd made a mistake, you tried making out it was my fault. It's YOUR FAR KING MENU!!Even the chips aren't cooked in a separate fryer. I doubt anything is safe.Extremely disappointing seeing as I had to visit through work.Just have a sign outside saying you don't cater for vegans, that your staff don't know the menu, and that you don't want to cater for vegans.Avoid it like the Eatons Hill Hotel.

Decent food, VERY popular. Prices are okay, steak is on the expensive side though.I had the chicken parmigiana today and it was pretty nice. Good cheese, nice ham and the chicken was perfectly cooked nice and juicy.The others had chicken scaloppini and the beef burger. They enjoyed them as well.Extremely busy for lunch today, they made decent time preparing the food considering the crowd.

Awesome venue. Awesome food. The garlic bread was amazing. The 350 gram rump steak cooked perfectly. Thanks for a great night out

My wife and I decided to drive up to Woodford for lunch and decided to go to the pub. When we arrived there was a sign saying please wait to be seated but there was no one there to seat us. We found a table by ourselves. I went to order our meals, I told the young lady at the register what table number we were and ordered The Blue Plate Special Asian Selection as an entree for us to share, specifically stating that we wanted it first. Followed by the beef and guiness pie and the pork belly. She gave me two sets of cutlery and side plates for the entree. I then went to the bar for drinks, I told the girl what I wanted but she seemed to have difficulty understanding Jameson and dry as she asked if I wanted coke. Then it took her a while to ring up the purchase, I don't think she was used to bar work. Back to the table I go, I'm going easy on my pint as I'm driving, my wife finishes her Jameson so I go and get her another. 35 minutes has passed since I ordered so as the lass who was tending the bar passes our table after clearing another my wife asks her politely if she could check on our entree. She comes back and says the order was put through wrongly and that everything was coming altogether, was that alright? I say no, we want the entree first, off she goes back to the kitchen. I go and get a zero alcohol beer once again the girl is confused with my order. I go back to the table the entree has finally arrived after a 50 minute wait, It was nothing spectacular just frozen Asian cocktail food deep fried. Then the mains came. My pork belly was ok and my wife's pie was nice, however the mashed potato was lumpy and tasteless and my wife's side boat of veggies were swimming in water. Overall a disappointing experience when I've had better there before. Next time we'll try the D'Aguilar pub down the road.

The food was great, well priced and big. The staff where professional and welcoming. The only downside I guess is that there are no fans as the weather was very warm.

Me and my Aunty called up ordered food for pickup, said would be ready for pickup in drive thru, waited, called again lady asked us for a phone number for the order when we never got asked from first time we called 15mins earlier for a phone number, she then said that there was no order made at all for pickup, didn’t even have the professionalism to take a second to put us on hold to communicate with her team members if an order had been put through when we 100% did without a doubt. Bad service, bad communication. First time ordering from here as well so not a good impression. Not happy.

Played mini golf and enjoyed it. Afterwards just had a drink and service was good.

I ordered the 200gr tenderloin and my wife ordered the 300gr rib fillet, both medium well, mine with chips and salad, hers with mash and veg. I cannot begin to describe how well cooked the tenderloin was, it literally wasn't far off just falling apart as I cut it; so juicy and, well, tender. Chips were great, salad was ok, and the side of calamari was good, a bit anemic looking (see the pictures) but good eating none the less. The fillet wasn't as good, but was still enjoyable, the mash and veg excellent. We did also order a garlic and cheese pizza which wasn't bad as such, but wasn't impressive. I would suggest the garlic bread probably would have been better.Service was on the money and the atmosphere pretty good.
