It's true what they say about doubling your money with the right renovation. I had my house revalued (by the conservative banks) straight after Dennis' coordinated bathroom reno, and achieved that - instantly doubled my money based on the added bathroom!Dennis is the head but also ahead of the pack. He leads with conviction but with finesse and a personal touch. He is very easy to work with, communicates clearly and regularly, and essentially gets the job done.
