Burvale Heights Vet Hospital

Burvale Heights Vet have been looking after our pets since we moved to the area some 16 years ago. Recently they supported us in euthanising our much loved family dog. They were kind and compassionate throughout (as they always are). Following up with a call, and also sending us a heartfelt card and momento of our much loved pet. A wonderful team.

These guys are a rip off. I have been going there for years with my dog with the same allergies every month. They dispense drops for his eyes and use the excuse they need to consult him everytime to give him the same drops.I told them it's the SAME allergy and the same problem he just needs more drops. I ask to speak to the vet on the phone and they said they will charge me a consult fee on the phone.What a joke!They have been ripping me off for the longest. This place is a complete joke. They don't even care about your pet, it's all about money.Changing vets from today!

We noticed that Ginger was pawing his left eye and there was a red spot round the corner. Dr Perry gave a thorough check up and prescribed medication for the eye infection. Ginger was well in three days.

All the staff at Burvale Heights Vet have always taken very good care of my dog! Everyone is very caring and takes the time to listen to your concerns and explain what's going on in a way you understand. I highly recommend this Vet.

As a pensioner I want the best possible care and value. I'm happy to pay the cost for a $15 dollar c5 vaccine to be administered by a vet including a checkup for$115.... It's average and the staff are lovely. 5 stars on your staff. However, the inflated cost of a medicated shampoo and the diagnosis of yeast on her paws ended up costing me almost 200 dollars. Why was I led to believe you were giving me a special prescribed medicated shampoo..... I would have preferred to buy it myself anywhere else for under 20 bucks instead of 30. I want to have faith in my vet that my girl is getting the best care without being sold to. By all means recommend products, but I don't want to pay 33% above retail if I don't have to.

The vet I used was very good with pets however I don't believe she was an expert on the German Shepherd dogs specifically but all round would be good so I will continue with them as they are much better than the other local vets I have used recently.

My anxious dog visited this vet for the first time today. I happened to meet the owner of the clinic, Perry/Dr Kazantzis, who is extremely calming and patient. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone who wants an attentive vet who takes the initiative to address your concerns and communicates clearly. Pricing was marginally cheaper than local competitors, too. We did vaccinations, nail clip, and general health check.

Perry and his team do an incredible job here! They demonstrate care, competence, and professionalism every time I come in (and with four animals, that's pretty often!). The team went out of their way to save my cat from the brink of the worst after another practice bungled her treatment and I will be forever grateful. They always go the extra mile and I can't express how grateful I am to have found a vet that I can trust completely with my furry family. Could not recommend this place highly enough! Thanks team!

Always a pleasure going to burvale Heights vets. The staff are just wonderful and vets really do go the extra mile to ensure that my fur babies are always looked after.If I ever move to other side of the city I'd still make the travel here as I want the best for my pets. Great advice if you are the owner of a CAT.They'll take your dog's teeth out at a blink of the eye. Just incase"!!!!!! Furbabies teeth had no decay no infection.Also constantly miss diagnosed on 4 occassions and unneeded Surgery is pushed upon you...Neither of the dr's have a rapport with dogs...Take your animals and cash and RUN!!!!!!"
