Reception ladies are SO rude on the phone, not sure if I can name names so i wont. Used to go there to get skin cancer check up because Dr Maria is awesome, but will be going elsewhere now

Friendly, well educated staff. The Dr took the time to explain everything that was happening with care, considering how nervous I was. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for Dr's with a friendly, empathetic approach to all situations.

They made me wait 1.5 hours. The Doctor was rude. And they are clearly pumping customers through to extract as much money from the government as possible with little care for the patients welfare.

Dr. Aaron Atia was recommended by a girlfriend of mine, and I'm so glad she did. I made an appointment with him for some Botox and some freshening up". Dr Atia is incredibly knowledgeable but will only recommend what needs to be done. My husband even said "whatever you're doing to your face

I went in for my 6 month skin check where the Dr found a tiny mole and took out about 95% of it for biopsy. I got a call back saying he wanted to take it all out. So I went back in and got it further extracted with 3 stitches. All was going well and 2 weeks later I went back to get the stitches out just like the Dr said. Well the nurse said she took them all out and I was good to go. 2 days later I woke up to the spot feeling funny so I looked and I had a gaping hole where my stitches were suppose to have closed it. I went to my regular GP and she found a stitch still left in!! and said I just had to let the hole close because can't stitch an old wound. So now thanks to Alive, I am still in pain, hoping for no infection, have an even bigger hole and larger scar, and living a nightmare. Needless to say, I am never going back and recommending everyone I talk to not to go as well. Complete neglect and incompetence!

Horrible!!! I was booked in to get a skin cancer taken out by the male doctor, but the receptionist booked me in to see the female. I didn't know about this until I was on the table, about to be sliced open! She did a HORRIBLE job and I now have an absolutely hideous scar in the middle of my chest. When I went back to get the stitches out, the nurse was shaking!!! And left one in!!Then when I went back to my check up, I saw the male dr and he asked me who did it? He was not impressed by how big the cut was at all!!!Worst experience ever and now I'm left with this ugly scar

Been going here for years for cancer checks. I always see dr artia who is very talented. Takes out cancers that need to be done. Good at stitching. Had many procedures over the years. I travel from interstate on holidays so get checked here when here. . Be prepared to wait as he is busy but that's norm of any medical procedure ..try going to hospital!!. Can't comment on any other doctors.

I made an appointment for myself and two daughters for a skin check with Maria over the phone and made a point of asking for Maria. Arrived today saying i had an appointment with Maria, after siting for about 15 mins i noticed Maria absence and when the reception walk passed i ask if Maria was in and she said no not today. I was extremely angry as one of my daughters has disabilities a to get her a doctor is bad enough and she like Maria. Why not tell me Maria was not in or ring me so i could have changed my appointment. VERY BAD SERVICE

Dr Dhei was great but since he left, I’ve now been to Dr Atia a few times. He is the most unorganised doctor I’ve ever seen!! Alway have to wait long periods of time ! The latest appointment I waited over an hour ! And then once in his room, he has no idea why you are there ( follow up from week before to get biospies), he spends another 10 mins in his room while he finds your file and talks to receptionist on his phone to make personal appointments for himself. One time I went to get more cut out, only to be told I didn’t book enough time so had to leave and not get it done. Took time off work for nothing. Even though I did book in a cut out.When I did finally get back in to get 2 little moles cut out , I was charged nearly $900!!! I had a melanoma cut with dr dhei and was only charged $50 so no idea why dr atia charges ridiculous prices ! Do yourself a favour and don’t visit unless you have hours to kill waiting and are rich!

Please do not go to this clinic to fix varicose vain!!I had a terrible experience years ago there.Dr Atia didn’t explain about the procedure at all.I went to another vein doctor before . The doctor was very good explained everything and I was happy about result but it cost a lot. Then I found reasonable Alive clinic but it was a mistake.Dr Atia “cut “some part of my leg without explain( These days doctor use injection No CUT!!) . My vains were never fixed and visible Bruises left still now!!!) Dr Atia said it will fade. Nooo! They never fade!!! Eventually I went back the good vein doctor and he fixed the vain but number of Bruises are still on my Leg!!! I asked refund at that time but they refused. I throw out about $600 in the bin!! Plus Bruises left!!
