From the very first phone call I had with Andrew and the team at Universal Home Theatre. I had a good feeling that this was the right company to execute my vision of what I wanted my home theatre to be.Not long after our first phone call these feelings were confirmed. Andrew was fast and diligent in getting to understand what it is I wanted for the price I wanted to pay and he had great recommendations.Prior to any works being done Andrew organised all the different trades that would be apart of my project to come to my house for a conversation. I got to speak to every trade individually and explain to them exactly what it is i wanted. This really helped as there were some things that had to be changed due to my lack of understanding in certain trades. The trades that came out we on time and full of great advice.After I locked in all the plans, dates were quickly organised for the project to start. I met Jamie and Caleb who were there technicians who brought together the concepts and ideas I had envisioned. Jamie and Caleb were very courteous and respectful at all times and the professionalism and diligence they displayed was amazing. Both Jamie and Caleb made sure that everything was done to the highest standards and didn't allow for any corners to be cut. This made my experience feel as if it wasn't just another job to them and that they truly cared about my project.I couldn't recommend Andrew and the team at Universal enough. What they were able to achieve in the timely manner that it was done was truely amazing.

Great service! Two TV’s installed and Universal Home Theatre had everything I needed including wall brackets, cables etc. Would use again in future.

Recently I contacted Universal Home Theatre regarding an upgrade to our home audio visual equipment. Initially Andy provided great advice an TVs and amps to purchase but when it came to installation Jamie was fantastic. His expertise was spot on and also his after installation service has also been great being that in most instances you never ask every question. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Universal Home Theatre just completed a move installation to say they were fantastic would be an understatement.I can highly recommend them to anyone anytime - they are knowledgeable, professional and most importantly very nice people.We will never use anyone else.

Faultless service from Jamie and Caleb - installing two TVs and gaming systems for us. The boys were so professional and courteous, did an amazing job and cleaned up after themselves. Absolute legends. They showed me how everything works and answered all my questions. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Organising the installation was made very easy with Andrew and his team making contact very quickly. The day of the installation Jamie called before leaving his work site and gave me an approximation of arrival time. He arrived on time, provided the installation plan and what to expect. He was very knowledgeable and provided a mountain of information upon questions. The installation was completed perfectly, Jamie cleaned up after the work and left the area very tidy. Jamie and Caleb did a great job installing the speakers and wiring into my home theatre. They were on time, friendly, and were picky about doing it right. Not to mention they were extremely tidy. I would definitely recommend these guys. Just be sure to get firm pricing as there was a little bit of bill shock at the end.

Jamie and Say did an excellent job. They set us up for a bigger TV unit as we are planning to upgrade. The cables are well concealed inside the wall. Call the guys. Don't risk ruining your wall and your expensive TV.Setup: 65 TV (22 kg)
