Nija did the most amazing eyebrow threading - it was super quick and she was so incredibly gentle (and super friendly)! The shape was perfect and she was more than happy to listen to what I wanted and check in with me to make sure I was happy with what I was getting. Highly recommend - makes me not want to go to any other place ever again honestly!

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded here for over a year now, happy with the result everytime, but after today I won’t be coming back! had been growing my eyebrows out for a bit now so I could get them threaded, I’d be fine if maybe they were slightly different but today I walked out with 2 completely different shaped brows, one half the size of the other aswell. How does a professional beauty therapist mess up someone’s eye brows so bad ?

Karam she is always very kind and I love it the customer service. I did the brown lamination, and I like the results. My brownz hair look with a lot of extra volume. Also, they were very careful regarding the care instructions.

This was a bad experience. Beautician was were rude and didn’t seem like she wanted to be there, and left me to walk out with tint still all over my forehead and wax on my face. Would not recommend.

Not even one star, it takes ages to grow eyebrows and maintained them she just butchered my eyebrows in a second, i clearly mentioned just tidy up don’t go into the shape, not recommended at all visit first time and very bad experienced

Good quality service and great price. Can normally get in quickly but won't bother if too many people lined up. Only down side is last time I went someone cut in before me and was clearly friends/known by staff, so I found that pretty unprofessional when I stood to get my brows done (when it was my turn) and the other lady was chosen before me...as I was clearly there first. Also I then got some pretty rude looks from the lady who served me. She was mostly polite, however chose not to say a warm Merry Christmas"

I really had a bad experience today . The beautician was so rude and zero hospitality . She really had no manner . It was so pathetic .I would never go back there .

Terrible service, lady was rude as anything, didnt listen to me at all only her lack of expertise was all she cared about, ruined my eyebriws, left unfinished to go somewhere else, i do not recommend this place at all
