Staff were slow and very rude. When leaving, I was charged twice. Staff member argued that it was my fault and told me to call the bank. She is as rude, loud and pointing. Had to go and get another male staff member who actually took the time to see the two charges on my online banking. He refunded me much to her disgust. The pedicure itself took over 1.5 hours as the staff who were doing them continued to change. Our foot baths also had a small amount of old water, absolutely disgusting. Will not recommend or be back.

My new favourite place for pedicures in tamworth. Polite and friendly staff, great massage techniques, comfortable chairs and the green exfoliating gel they use is amazing. Oh and my feet look and feel amazing.

I had a horrible experience here. I agree with other reviews that the place is unsanitary. I had three different technicians work on my nails. I asked for pink French nails. They put a pink under coat and when I questioned that they were completely rude. One lady kept grabbing my wrist and moving it around to do my thumb. Making it really uncomfortable. When I had to choose white as the pink wouldn’t show with this tone, they were rude again. Then when she put the French tip on, she asked thin or thick, when she put it on I said a bit thicker. She goes “thicker?! Thin looks better!” They filed my nails over and over three times, hurting my skin. Now one of my nails is killing, unsure if infection or not and need to take it off. She also asked “where are you from?” As if I was from out of town for my requests. Will not be back.

My wife and I treated ourselves to a lovely pedicure and some nail polish, our feet feel fantastic. The ladies there did a marvellous job on our feet. Thank you

I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones…until today.I had acrylic infills. They did not listen to my request even though I showed a photo before they started to make sure there was no misunderstanding due to the language barrier.When I asked politely if they could please do the nail shape requested, they responded rudely.I left very disappointed with thick, chunky, short nails and a shape I was very unhappy with.Very different from what I was expecting.Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Amazing customer service. Always so polite. The deluxe spa pedicures are so relaxing and the girls always keep turning the masse chair on for your comfort. Polish always lasts until the next appointment and it’s always a clean, tidy finish. They always take their care with manicure and pedicure. Worth every cent and I will never go anywhere else.

Had my nails done a little while back and they look amazing. Got some nail art (flowers) on two nails as well. Love it. Great shop and lovely service. Will definitely be back!

I paid for nothing: a really bad quality shellac.I did pedicure, with color, and manicure, with shellac.Pros:Nice atmosphere.I had a good pedicure with good red polish.Cons:• I had the feeling that it was soooooo long. Really. I dont know if it is their way of working or the service I asked, but I was such a long time.•They said they are design and can do anything but I think their statement is false. The proof in the picture.After 3 days my shellac started to go off, and more and more everyday. It s so disappointed. They dont do a good job.•The shellac started too far from the root of my nails which results in not good look nails after one week.

No appointment required, staff friendly and helpful, large nail salon with waxing rooms and 4 bay pedicure chairs, environment was clean and pleasant.

This salon is a hit and miss. Only some staff proficient and they bounce around from client to client with no handwashing or sanitizing inbetween.Not hygenic girls!!Nail Technician cut cuticles to bleed in several places before very patchy shellac was applied. Complained but just got a sorry"...Not cheap enough that this service is acceptable"
