Matthew appeared to us as being rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. He made comments about us visiting another place which we thought was unprofessional and rude. We ended up buying a rug but wouldn't recommend the experience or repeat it. The older man was friendly and professional at our first visit.

Friendly staff and excellent service!! Great showroom. They really know there stuff. They have the best kids play area I have seen ever. Lots of books, toys and colouring in that kept our little one happy while we shopped.
