Was keen on renting one of the properties posted and was regularly following up on it with Grace Poiana. Firstly, the lady must learn to frame her emails to customers in a formal way. Shunning away someone just because there's too much demand for a property is clear reflection of how professional she's at work. Secondly, she needs to learn to check the details submitted before calling out that they're not provided. Worst of all, intimidating to not consider the application unless all details are provided when all requested details were in fact provided. Again, a case of being lathargic and lack of attention to the details - signs of a slacker! And lastly, was asked to wait for inspections before applying only to realise today that it's been rented without any inspection notifications. A clear case of bias or favoritism in my opinion. All in all, the agency must look to hiring and retaining honest, prompt, diligent and transparent staff if they'll have to keep their reputation intact.

We sold our investment property with uphill couple of years ago first. It was a very pleasant and a hazzle free experience. we were extremely satisfied about how the agent negotiated with both parties into an agreed price as well. Then they sold our owner occupied property very recently and it really proved to us that the team uphill is the way to go when you want to sell your property. This is ridiculous. STOP!See RaEd MC review.You are creating the issue it isnt for us to resolve. We are fine with reasonable Junk mail however getting 7 leaflets in a week is excessive by any sensible person's standards.

As a previous tenant, Uphill Real Estate were okay to deal with.The agents were relatively responsive to issues and getting matters sorted.My concerns were the flexibility when you needed something looked into urgently as well as the exit procedure.I was charged unnecessarily for an additional day, even though I had handed the keys back a week and a half prior.Whilst looking to do the agent a favor by handing the keys back as soon as I was done with the property seemed to not play any part on their minds.

Kathy is so professional and easy to deal with. My family and I rent a property in the south east, I never have any issues with Uphill real estate , they are prompt and professional, Kathy always makes things easy, be it inspections or maintenance.

Kathy and her team at Uphill have been godsent to us. This was the very first time we started with an investment property, and it has been a pleasant shock how easy they have made it for us. As embarassing as it sounds we had never had to visit the property ever since the day the keys were handed over, since Uphill has taken care of every minute thing for us.There are a few things I particularly appreciate1. The courtesy & professionalism with which Kathy has handled communications with us as the oweners and the tenant, always conscious of the needs and the privacy of both the parties.2. The good humour and patience everytime we have been slow to respond.3. Uphill managing and coordinating all tradie visits.4. The excellent email management and staying on top of things. I really have not had to do anything at all except answer the occasional email. Extremely articulate and pleasant emails at that :)When we first contacted Uphill, Madhawa, one of the Directors came over to meet us and we were amazed by his humility and helpfulness. He was on top of the advertising of the property, gave us some excellent advice on how to choose the tenants, and more than anything managed all the visits from the tradies to get the house ready. It was unbelievable how much time and effort that saved us. That was over 6 months back, and I have not felt let down one single time since. I could not be more grateful to them, or pleased with my decision to go with them.

I have been impressed with Jessica. Her friendliness and professionalism has made renting my property less stressful. I would highly recommend UpHill Real Estate when considering to rent your property.

While thorough in some aspects there was not much communication from the agents as to what was happening with our property and they're not always contactable. They need to give more feedback without having to chase it.

Jessica Grant is very professional, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. She is a great communicator and is always there when you need her. Her follow up and customer service is exceptional. As new tenants we cannot fault the Uphill Team. Their business model is second to none. We can see by the way that they communicate to us that they are always looking to improve.Well done and thank you for making our transition into the rental market as smooth as possible.
