I had a biopsy today and I have to say. All the staff including reception staff, all the highly skilled Drsand the beautiful nurses who talked me through it and held my hand. No rock was left unturned.Highly skilled and professional.Thankyou for getting me through this.

I’ve had one hell of a time medically recently. I’ve had plenty of interactions with Heath-care providers. Some better than others.I can’t praise highly enough, the staff at this branch of Wollongong diagnostics. My experience was warm and friendly. The staff seem happy and they really care. (From front desk to ultrasound)While I hope not to need these services again on any hurry, I would not hesitate to go back. I’d recommend them to anyone

Good service. Toilets need to have hooks installed on back of door. There was no-where to hang my handbag.

I had an ultrasound with Rocco. I found him to be rude, unprofessional and uncaring. He was abrupt and had no compassion for my situation. I will never visit this practice again

Today we had a wonderful experience with Rachel and having our ultra sound done she took the time to explain everything to us and was just all around upbeat and vibrant and made us feel so comfortable we travelled a hour for this appointment and we will be attending all furture appointments here with her, thank you so much Rachel

Excellent patient care. Outstandingly courteous reception staff. And most importantly, Dr. Alok Gupta, Dr. Arunima Gupta & Dr. Maneesh Khanna are brilliant in their analysis, empathetic in their approach & sweet in communication. Overall, a true 5 star experience. Highly recommended!
