This is my first time eating at Thai on New Farm and I was very happy with the food, the value for money and the quick preparation of the food! The staff were very friendly also! I will definitely go back!

My girlfriend and I went here for dinner at around 8:30 pm on Thursday 20th April. We specifically told the waitress that my partner was allergic to nuts. She checked with the chef and said it was fine. We proceeded to eat our green duck curry and pork belly pad Thai. Absolutely delicious however my gf had to run out of the restaurant to throw up we then had to use her epi pen. I later called the restaurant and told them she had an allergic reaction. They dismissed us and told us there were no nuts in the food. Once again the food was really nice however I wouldn’t recommend going here if you have allergies because they will gas light you and you’ll be 70 bucks down.

This new little diner has great tasting Thai food especially the curry puffs, Pad Thai and chefs special - fried tiger prawn with garlic sauce. Nice atmosphere and the staff are very welcoming. Will definitely dine here again.

Thai on New Farm was our first meal in New Farm as my partner and I just moved here. Great foods with amazing service. We had Thai fried rice with beef, Penang curry with chicken, fried chicken wontons and calamari. They were all flavoursome and delicious! We would love to go back in the near future!

Nice little Thai restaurant with friendly service, we enjoyed the starters but found the Massaman meat extremely chewy

The best Thai in the area. Get red curry and green curry everytime when here. Also the pad Thai is so good with lots of veggie and taste non-greasy.

Organised 19 church friends to come here for dinner on a Sunday evening. Everyone gave good feedback about the food. Portions were large and flavours were great. There were a few unique dishes such as Samui island, suki yaki noodles and pink noodles. Love the food that I ordered though the Massaman curry was a bit too sweet for my liking. Owners were helpful and friendly. However, being mainly a take away business they initially had trouble getting the table setting ready and our group had a wait 15mins outside before being seated and that cause some frustrations with my friends. Will revisit to try the rest of their dishes.Follow more of my adventures in food and gardening on my IG: punk_gardener

Really disappointed in food. I ordered beef massaman, which was chewy and fatty. I couldn’t eat most of the meat. I also ordered Pad Se Ew and got a dish with thin noodles. Whilst it tasted fine, it wasn’t what I ordered.

3 Stars given as the food is not too bad and the services are good. However I wont go back again. The menu display on the window (didn't state take away only) and at the pay counter (later realised 'take-away' written with marker pen on top counter) were actually take-away price.I had a impression of $80+ for my 4 dishes before I walk in after checking the menu outside. But ended up paying $100+.Have to admit it was part of my negligent that didn't pay attention to the difference in price on the menu they handed out on the table. However, I still think they need to replace the menu on the window display, rather than using the lower price, misleading menu to attract people to walk into the restaurant.
