Cannot fault the service I encountered at storage King Bentley, Alex was very prompt and thorough with any thing I asked for or asked about , credit to your company to be honest . I have nothing negative to say with my experience with storage king what so ever and would not hesitate to recommend anyone to store goods there as very clean and secure

Stored my car there for a month, someone broke into it. The people for the reception didn’t even notice and also didn’t want to check their cameras to see who it was.

Steve and his colleagues at Storage King Bentley were a pleasure to deal with. Reserving a unit was easy, upgrading to a larger unit on short notice was no problem and the unit was in good condition, especially the unit door lock which at other storage facilities are often in horrible condition and a real pain to use. When we were moving into the unit it was a warm day and Steve bought my partner, the 2 removalists and myself a bottle of cold water each which was lovely. Overall my experience at Storage King Bentley was amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I sent in a request stating what I wanted and they answered my questions so fast. Held a unit for me and gave me informed advice. Very pleasant experience. Would recommend you give them a try. They are very understanding of my situation and helpful with advice and guidance. Thank you for being so awesome. I am a very satisfied customer of Kings storage. Always willing and goes beyond call of duty to help their customers. I store at the Bentley Storage facility. The manager is so helpful and I would not go anywhere. The security is of very high standards.I'm really getting 2 more facilities in the same storage. A very happy customer. Excellent service at all times. Understands your needs. What more?
