We had burgers and chips and they were fantastic, the lady was really nice and quick to cook. The chips were the best I've had in years. Highly recommend this diner for a nice fast food meal.

Rude front of house staff. I asked if fish and chips would be in a combo and was only given a no". Not given even any alternative ideas from the lady at the counter. Food was ok. I won't be going back."

Fantastic fresh local mullet,and really great chips.So great to see someone cooking locally caught fish.Service could not have been friendlier.Highly recommended

100/10!! Just phenomenal all round.Seafood basket was delicious. Obviously FRESH (local mullet)AND REAL (potatoes for chips!)unlike so many places now that use “fake” food.Adding to the great food, was the delightful service by the lady serving.(I didn’t get her name sorry!)She was super friendly and helpful with local info. Very nice indeed.Just another little plug for her:She said she had been in the business for 15 years (so it must be a good one), but now wants to sell up and go “relax”.So for anyone wanting a nice sea change, (literally the sea is across the road!) you may want to consider this.Thanks so much friendly lady. You were a delight. :)

Very rude front of house staff . Watched 5 people walk out . They do not offer hot chips on their own so I would need to buy 3 x nugget packs to feed my kids at $12 each + our lunch that was awful and the seagulls had it . Will not be going back

Perhaps a hidden gem? We were going to visit the Bakery (closed), so we had a look in a cafe and then saw Dascul Diner next door. They don’t sell hot chips on their own, so we got a 1/2 chicken & chips pack to share ($12). The chips were chunky, well salted and delicious! The chicken was seasoned beautifully with a crispy skin and was very nice as well. Worth a visit!

$16.50 for two small pieces of fish and small chips. Chips were way to salty and overpriced. The lady was extremely rude to the other patrons and spoke about them once they walked out of the store. Please put a smile on your face next time and be happy that you actually get tourists as customers.
