I had Jo Mercer flats that needed the soles repaired on both shoes after wearing them mostly for office work. Jhay was transparent about the process and length of time the repairs would take. My shoes look good as new and I’m really happy with the result! Would highly recommend Jhay the Cobbler for any shoe repair.

Initially I had two keys cut by Jhay the new shoemaker at Cooleman Court. Both were an excellent fit to the locks. The price was extremely reasonable and service most professional.Later I had the handle of a very expensive well used handbag of my daughter fixed. The bag came back in excellent condition in fact as new.Already I have recommended Jhay to a number of my friends.Thank you Jhay

Jhay reduced the height of some platform shoes I own and he did an incredible job! You wouldn’t even know they’d been altered and they were ready in just under 2 weeks :)

Jhay is a quality cobbler and we have been impressed with the resoling and reheeling he has done to our shoes. Jhay uses the highest quality reheeling materials and although they cost a little more, it’s certainly worth it as they are excellent quality and really do last. On one occasion recently my wife had a faulty tip applied during reheeling and once notified of the issue, Jhay was quick to replace it. Delighted with the quality and professionalism of the service!
