We had a nice chat with chef Ehud, who told us their pita is directly imported from Jerusalem. We had a amazing meal, awesome falafel, hummus & challah schnitzel. Hearty portions, and very very very very decent price for the location. A humble little restaurant in a quiet peaceful beautiful neighborhood of South Melbourne. The food makes us feel like we are in Jerusalemmmm

I have only been once when they were on Park street, first time to visit of their new location. Portions are very generous .. Very lively and wonderful hospitality .. I have to come back to try the hummus , cauliflower etc

Amazing quint place.Food is excellent, service is very good and so friendly.They don't have the largest drinks menu but the wine they had available was fine.Was really quite when we went on a Wednesday night, and it's a nicely designed space that only holds about 20 or so people so I imagine it's always nice a quiet.

Absolutely delicious Israeli food. The quality is definitely comparable to actually eating in Israel, especially the hummus bowl. Will definitely be back again!

I can not get over if how good the hummus was!! Definitely the best hummus I’ve had in Victoria! Everyone was so nice, especially Eli’s the owner. I’ll definitely come back here before I go back home.

Despite the delayed wait for the crowd to arrive, all of us loved this gem on the south of the CBD! The salad is refreshingly different. The lamb spring roll sealed the deal. The other lamb dish is succulent and well paired with the accompanying salad. The lemonade drink has an optional alcoholic add-on.

Great food and feels like visiting a friendly uncle’s home! We made reservations online. It was a slight walk from South Melbourne market and took us about 15 mins. Food was amazing! My husband and I loved the hummus, pita, falafel, and mint lemonade. The food was just like what we had in Israel. The server was very friendly and shared with us his story coming from Israel. My only dislike was the eggplant which was a bit bitter. Looks forward to visit again!
