Don’t recommend booking an appointment time if your needing done by a certain time. Booked for 4.30 was done at 6pm. overall nail service was average. Lady was friendly enough but 1.5hrs isn’t good enough when you’ve booked in. ( most places take no longer than 40 mins). Reason being- would complete one step of the treatment then leave me for 10 mins, come back for one more step and leave me for another 10- then no discount offered for my troubles. I understand busy times but this wasn’t good when you’ve booked a appointment

I was wondering why you made my little sister pay $55 dollars for French tips that aren’t even French tip like where is the acrylic and why don’t you paint on the French tip you just used the Actual fake nail and just top coat first of all I could do better than that and second of all that is definitely not worth $55 dollars and I feel like you try to rip of every teenager thinking they won’t know of course they know that you are ripping them off and I want you to give her money back or at least redo her nails cause she asked for acrylic and you didn’t do what she asked now that called bad customer service.

well... blue wasn't there so i had to go with a different worker and I'm not happy about it i asked for chrome French tip and she forgot to get all of the shinny product off of them and the base colour is see through so you can see my natural nails. i got these done on the 4/4/2023 and this person was a new worker to your shop. The salon is a good place but i have had 2 bad experiences out of my 7 times i have been to she salon. she did not talk to me and i couldn't understand what she was saying when she did talk to me about my nails.

The wait time was extremely long. I was told a 10 minute wait - it was almost 40 minutes until someone actually started my nails.When I was seated, they were jumping between me, answering the phone, or looking around at other customers. The pedicure itself was below average, didn’t do my cuticles well, even the shape wasn’t square like I asked. When I asked him to make them more square, he replied with ‘your nails are paper thin - hard to shape them properly’.Would not return or recommend.

Thought I would give these guys a go but won't be going back unfortunately. My nails weren't dry when they told me to leave, so when I left 2 of my nails got bumped and there was a massive line on them with missing nail polish and then the very next day all the nail polish on every single nail started to come off... never had an issue like this before with any other nail salon. Pictures attached - they are a little overdue but you can see where the polish came off ....

A friend goes here for pedicures. So I really wanted my nails done. On Sunday about midday straight in. Lucky. Girls were nice and friendly. I haven't had nails for years. So Lisa was my consultant, very professional. Explained everything at each step. So I went for the SNS nails. Bright pink too, why not. My nails look amazing, I just have to get use to them now, from drab to fab. Thanks Lisa, very happy customer.......

Terrible service. Terrible attitude. Terrible workmanship. Shellac fell off in just over a week. Attitude of staff indifferent. Waited over half an hour for them to advise that I had to pay to have redone. Will never return here - considering the amount of competition in this industry Im amazed at how little they cared. Expensive and definitely NOT worth it. Would leave no stars if possible - one is too generous.
