It would be nice if all the workers had their name on a tag. To be able to carry out the direct qualification to the personnel and not to the center in general. Since we arrived, the experience with the secretary was quite unpleasant. She spoke to us so fast with an accent that was hard to understand. Then the sonographer in the same way. She spoke so fast that we couldn't understand her and when we asked her to repeat herself, she showed her annoyance. Please, it would be good if they were a little more friendly at the time of service. The sonographer must be more patient and realize that she must speak more slowly in order to understand her.

I have been to various I-MED radiology centres in the northern suburbs, and always found the reception, technical and radiology staff to be both courteous, and highly professional. I-MED Coolaroo is no exception.The radiology clinic entrance isn't obvious.Enter via the main entrance located to the right of VicRoads, walk to the end of the corridor and I-MED is the small entrance on the right at the very end.

Had ct scan and radiologist was fantastic and friendly but the receptionist was very slow to check people in and they weren’t that busy, took us 10min waiting for her to check one person before us and she was very rude to a customer who came in to enquire about a scan, customer did not speak English and she straight away yelled “no we don’t” at him when he said his doctor told him they do the scan he needed. Unfriendly attitude when she deals with customers specially her tone of voice.

Do yourself a favor and never go here. They now charge for ultrasounds and probably other tests too. Despite getting a rebate from medicare you are still out of pocket over $100. Must be turning into AMERICA. Disgusting. Probably privately owned by a certain demographic that love to take peoples $$ .

Went to visit Coolaroo branch. Very polite receptionist and sonographer, very professional. Making appointment is simple and quick. Result report is thorough. Yes, they charge gap fee, but I personally feel it’s worth it. Would definitely recommend.

The red headed receptionist raised her voice at my Mother, an elder, as she spoke broken English. She also continuously sulked that I was late. Was she trying to make me deaf? It was only by 5 min. She could have just told me “you’ve completely missed your appointment, I can suggest you another day” from the beginning instead of sulking. My appointment has nothing to do with you idk why your offended. Your a receptionist, do your job and don’t sook. Not only racist, but is an unprofessional grown sook. She needs to be fired. Do you yell at workers when they run out of lollies to? How pathetic.

All the staff are friendly that I met anyways they explained everything I had to me I felt informed the only criticism is at the counter they ask you to say your personal details out aloud in front if other patients like your date of birth address phone number that all should be done discreetly..
