Professional, no-fuss, easy to business with and very reasonable on price. Richard at RCM provided prompt service to replace a solar hot water system. He kept us informed about progress (the stainless tank needed to be made on special order, which only took a week) & he even apologised for the time the supplier took to deliver. The day before installation he called and explained when he would be at our place & what time he'd organised the crane for (2 story home). The installation went very smoothly and we can't thank him enough for making the process stress free for us.
