The Noosa Coastguard are amazing - all heroes.Every single one is a volunteer and the Coastguard are almost entirely (90%) funded by local donations. Without the local support and the volunteers there would be no Coastguard. Everyone who loves being on the water is grateful to the Coastguard. Thanks guys and ladies.

Did you know that Coast Guard offer a service to scatter the ashes of loved ones in either the river or the bay.Then there's the Memorial Wall overlooking the river mouth where you can have a permanent plaque installed to commemorate your loved ones.It's absolutely beautiful. I can't imagine a better eternal view.Such a great service to the community at a fraction of the cost of comparable memorials.
