We had our evaporative cooling and ducted gas heating replaced with ducted heating and cooling 10 months ago, and just wanted to leave a review about our experience.Graham was at our house within a couple of days giving us a free quote, which was quite a bit cheaper than other competitors. They were able to book us in within 2 weeks of the quote to have it installed and the installation team were fantastic. Super friendly and had the whole job done within one day. They even replaced a bunch of old roof tiles for free.We had a small problem with airflow from one of the vents and Michelle organised someone to come out within 2 days to fix it, no questions asked.Anyone looking to have ducted heating and cooling installed, go with these guys, you will not be disappointed!

The team was fantastic from day 1. Graham and his team were great from the start - providing an honest and competitive quote with no surprises. Graham explained all of our options (including pros & cons) and didn’t try to up-sell on anything. We replaced a ducted gas heating system (including an electric AC add on) with a fully electric reverse cycle heating-cooling system.When it came to installation, Rob, Zac & Rob’s Dad were probably the most professional and polite tradies I’ve dealt with. Not only did they do an amazing job, but they also left the place clean and tidy.The system is working perfectly (having been tested in both winter and now summer). Rob and the boys did an amazing job at installing my ducted reverse cycle aircon, very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Graham was very friendly and easy to deal with and i didn’t feel pressured into buying/upgrading anything i didn’t want/need thanks to his upfront and honest approach.Would have no troubles recommending thermal active to anyone or using them again. We replaced a previous gas ducted system for a ducted reverse cycle electric system. Being an older house the job was a bit complicated involving a three phase power upgrade and removal of the previous system. The Thermal Active team was professional, patient and always courteous while we discussed and finally got the design and system sorted. The installation had a few complexities but these were effectively resolved and without disagreement. They were aware of our needs and went out of their way to communicate. Strongly recommended.

From day 1 this company was awesome to deal with. I requested quotes from several local suppliers and due to the somewhat complex nature of the installation (unit complex & strata bylaw requirements) I needed the quotes to be done on-site. That alone discounted some suppliers, no shows & poor/abrupt attitudes discounted others. Thermal Active however ticked all of the boxes for me. Prices were quite competitive across all suppliers however that was not my primary criteria. My primary criteria was exactly what Thermal Active offered.

The quote received from Graham for our ducted reverse cycle was excellent – we received the system we wanted with R1.5 ducts for a price that competitors were unable to match.Installation by Rob and his team was amazing. The team were all polite and professional, and the installation was efficient. Standouts for us were Rob sourcing the replacement roof tiles we needed to plug the hole left by the evaporative unit (we had been trying for weeks with no success), the alignment of vents with existing ceiling fixtures, and the effort the team made to ensure we came home to a cool and clean house. Rob and his team genuinely went above and beyond.

Installation of our 22.4 kw Panasonic system with Alexis( voice activated technology) occurred in a day.
