Didn't desiver even 1 star.....give training to your staff. Before going to bring customers stuff ask how many pieces and all other details.poor customer service. Don't buy anything in advance,they don't know what to do asking each other. We purchased 2 bags they told it will comes in 3 day.we went after 5 days they don't have stock in shop sending workers out of the shop to bring.took more then an hour.... really disappointing with service.

Strandbags - don’t get your reputation spoiled with a bunch of unorganised, rude staff. When valid Drivers Licence and Medicare card was provided as proof of ID, they still suspected me and wanted to have a call with my spouse who was at work. Staff doesn’t know what policy states and how to behave with a customer who had to visit store multiple times to collect a Suitcase. Also they expect surnames to match on Medicare and suspect Drivers Licence to be stolen. Please have your staff trained for better customer handling, adequate policy awareness!Not even worth 1 star

The manager Rochelle, and the staff there have no idea what they are doing. Clearly told them about the situation in the first place - have a bag that was purchased from Strandbags Chatswood 1 year ago - don’t have the receipt for it as the ink is washed out - are you able to call Chatswood and get the receipt for it as I live in Parramatta and purchased from Chatswood as they were the only one with stock of this bag so the bag could go for a repair - kept going around for 1 hour calling manager and threatening to call security - but wouldn’t say they can’t call or Chatswood or access other store’s records. Worst customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Atrocious behaviour at store, stay clear.Raised the issue with the concerned area manager however felt compelled to post for others benefit.Placed an online order early this year and the parramatta store was selected at it showed the item in stock. The next day I received a notification that it was not available and had to be ordered in.As I was to travel in a few days time I contacted the online team who suggested I could reach out to the store directly. On enquiring with the store in the morning I received information that other colours were available in the store however I had to contact the online team to organise a swap as they would have the follow the same process as I did and also contact the area manager?? . I obliged and contacted the webstore about the development.As I had not heard back since that afternoon, I called up the store and was advised that they could arrange for the swap and could come on late in the evening during closing hours for it to be processed.I reached the store in the evening for the collection of item, at which time the owner or staff of the store asked if I was contacted by phone by some member from the webteam. They contacted some member and appeared to learn the process of a swap and agreed to honour it. On enquiring whether there was a way to provide feedback on the webstore experience, I am appalled by the disrespectful behaviour of the parramatta store owner or staff who1. Started claiming I was being unreasonable to expect the suitcase in such a short period of time and started giving examples of other retail outlets.2. Claiming I was Stressing out the webteam with my enquiries on the order.3. Raising her voice asking me to take my bag and Get out of her store".Now I understand that logistical issues can occur with stock levels and miscommunication can occur in this instance where the webstore confirming no other colour suitcases were available after checking with the store although it was quite the contrary.The utter disregard for common courtesy and lack of decency to treat a customer respectfully is absolutely shocking.Needless to say I would not be recommending strand bags parramatta to friends and family based on this terrible experience. #stranded at strand bags."

I bought a v good quality leather hand bag and laptop bag for my friend.They have good customer service with best price and sale on luggage.

Visited this store today after passing by and seeing their travel sale. While the store was busy, due to the sale, the staff were very polite. Savannah was so helpful in the process of helping me pick out a new piece of luggage - she was very attentive! She took the time and care to explain all the different options and their pro’s/con’s, and also offered to order in any colour I may like if they didn’t have it in stock.I left the store happily with my new American Tourister Curio 2.0 - very satisfied

Parramatta Strandbags is the best Strandbags there is! Customer service was amazing! Went to buy a suitcase, and the staff were very knowledgeable about the features and benefits on all the luggage. Super helpful! One of the girls even helped me set all the codes with new luggages and went out of her way to be in assistance for my many many questions! 5/5 star rating, if I could give 6 I would!

Stock is good , prices are good , few stores are too congested esp on weekends..services can be better especially few stores , been to this store in homebush, Parramatta and blacktown.
