UPDATE in response to the owner's response. You made that clear when you rang yesterday. My issue is that I spoke to someone there BEFORE Christmas that had undertaken to call me back in January - they didn't. Then I rang to make an appointment which was already going to be 4 weeks away and that was cancelled only a few days before. I could have rung any number of other kitchen companies in the meantime and had them come out. It just meant I lost 4 weeks of my time already. So stop trying to put a positive spin on this - your service was awful.I'd like to have given Pioneer a better review but when your call before Christmas, speak to someone and they say they'll call you back in the new year to make a time to come out and look at your work - and they don't.... so you call them again in January to make a time and they give you a slot 4 weeks down the track (but you're prepared to wait because a colleagues had said they're ok) and they phone you 3 days before your appointment asking if they can reschedule for 3 months down the track then just no. If I ran my business like this it wouldn't be around very long. Not that I'm getting kitchens done in different houses every day of the week but if I ever need a kitchen service in the future I know who I won't be calling. Absolutely terrible customer service Pioneer. And without my review, responses from other customers weren't that crash hot either.

We had Pioneer install a new kitchen/stone benchtop in 2021, paid decent money for the install and took in good faith that any issues that might arise, Pioneer would rectify any issues as they were a large reputable company. After approximately 2 months the stone benchtop that Pioneer supplied cracked in an odd place. Pioneer, Stonemason and Stone supplier all advised we were not at fault. Pioneers resolution after 10 months of negotiation !!!! was - we can give you a new piece of stone, but you need to pay any associated install costs and if there is damage during the process you are also liable. If your considering using Pioneer, look at other options,. The aftersales support, warranty and accountability was woeful from these Pioneer when there is an issue that might incur a cost to them.

Great kitchens and joinery, excellent service. Would recommend.
