Vego's Vegetarian Fast Food Charlestown

Excellent burger hand made veggie patttie, delicious. Didn't miss the meat at all. Very clean place and very friendly service.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Vegos Charlestown, a family-owned vegetarian fast food place that has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile from the sons of the business Nash and TJ. I was served by the two kind boys, who were both incredibly friendly and helpful. They made sure that my order was correct and that I had everything I needed. They even gave me some great recommendations for other vegetarian options on the menu.I ordered a vegetarian wrap and sweet potato fries for dinner, and I have to say that they were both absolutely delicious. The wrap was filled with fresh veggies, including lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and spinach , and it was topped with a delicious sauce that added the perfect amount of flavor. The wrap was perfectly toasted, which added a nice crunch to each bite.The sweet potato fries were the perfect side dish. They were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and they had just the right amount of seasoning. They were the perfect complement to the wrap, and I couldn't get enough of them (even with the generous serving size provided!)What I loved most about this restaurant was the quality of the food. Everything was fresh and flavorful, and you could tell that a lot of care had been put into selecting the ingredients. The restaurant uses organic and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, which is something that I really appreciate.In addition to the wrap and sweet potato fries, I also tried some of the other vegetarian options on the menu, including the aussie burger and the gluten free corn bread. Both were absolutely delicious, and they were the perfect healthy options for lunch.The atmosphere of the restaurant was also great. It was clean, bright, and welcoming, and it had a really nice vibe. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and they made sure that I had everything I needed.The head chef Chris even checked in on me to make sure that I was enjoying my meal, now not only was I now enjoying my dish but I had some eye candy too!One thing that really stood out to me about this restaurant was the variety of vegetarian options on the menu. It can be difficult to find vegetarian options at fast food places, but this restaurant had a great selection. In addition to the food that I ordered, they also had salads, soups, and a variety of other wraps and sandwiches. They even had the vegetarian burger (which I took home as takeaway), which is something that I've never seen at a fast food restaurant before.Another thing that I loved about this restaurant were the prices. The food was incredibly affordable, especially considering the quality of the ingredients. I was really impressed by the quantity of food I was able to get for such a reasonable price.Overall, I would highly recommend Vegos Charlestown to anyone looking for delicious, healthy vegetarian options. The food is fresh and flavorful, the staff are friendly, helpful and gorgeous, and the prices are incredibly reasonable. I can't wait to go back and try some of the other vegetarian options on the menu!

Beautiful vegetarian burgers that wouldn’t make you miss meat. (I’m not a vegetarian either). The quinoa burger with sriracha mayo is a hit, to the point where I crave them. Coffee is beautiful and the staff are very friendly. Do yourself a favour and give them a go.

Great food, excellent service. The owner even brought us serviettes.The arancini was lovely and crisp on the outside and nice and hot. Even better with the sauce.The mozzarella sticks were lovely and had a good flavour - not bland tasting like some mozzarella sticks you get.The Super Q burger was really good. Would eat again... Daily.The Jack burger was great. What you'd expect from a vegie burger - the jackfruit wasn't too strong.The sweet potato fries were good. The serving size was average. The sauce was delicious with them.The Aussie burger was great. The house made pattie tasted like beef pattie. Good fresh salad on it. Nice sauce.The cornbread was toasted like a banana bread with crisp outer and soft inner, but had a nice sweet corn flavour. Not artificial tasting but just really nice.The has brown was good. Nice and crispy and perfectly salty.The blueberry hibiscus Kombucha was yummy.Good value.

Yummy vegetarian and vegan food! The owner and his son are so kind and helpful. Great prices. Will come back again soon!

What an experience!The owner is refreshingly nice and interested in your story, and he has his own incredible journey. I hope to see the green V" near every major MacDonalds.The food is served quickly but tastes amazing. Cheeseburgers

Fresh burgers and good range for vegos/vegans without costing an arm & a leg for alternative menus! I eat meat but enjoy their menu nonetheless. Today, I ordered from their website for an easy and quick pickup, the Summer Burger in picture. Friendly customer service.

Excellent food! It was a fantastic gastronomic experience full of flavour fusion. I was not a burrito fan cause the ones I've tried were usually not good, but this one absolutely charmed me and it was perfect, same like a burger, sweet potatoe fries and mayo. The flavours weren't overwhelming, but were rather complementary. In addition, the conversation with the friendly owner made the visit a pleasant memory. I really recommend visiting this restaurant and hope to come back soon! :) These were really one of the best things we've tried lately on our travels around the world. Phenomenal!
