Very poor customer service. Staff had no idea what was & wasn’t vegan on the menu. Very frustrating and disappointing when many vegan options are advertised on socials. Staff need to be trained better as they were clueless.

Yummy juices but very long wait time.Grabbed a juice around 10am mid week, not during school holidays and there was only one staff member working to take orders and make them all. Juice took 25 minutes with a long line of people waiting.Juice was delicious and the menu is huge, just a very long wait for something so quick and easy.

Coco whip Apple crumble bowl. Option to warm the apple. The bowl is not big. It’s a standard small ice cream cup, so $12 seems a bit steep.

The smoothies are expensive but taste nice. Service was okay, not particularly friendly. Decent place to grab a drink for the beach.

Refreshing and delicious juices and smoothies. I was SO happy to find this spot in Phillip island! Will defs be back. I had a green juice and my partner had a mango smoothie. ✨

6/8/2022. Coco whip was great customer service shocking no smile. Rolling of eyes and huffing for no apparent reason. Only customer in store time 2:30pm. Wont be going again.

I was excited about the choco flavoured cocowhip which was yum!! I picked the nutty cocowhip combo which was quite decadent...kind of wished it was a little more cleaner.

Used to love this place, slightly pricey but standard for the location. Last 3 times I have come in and waited in line for over half an hour, once I reach the front they seem to sell out of açai bowls before 11am… truely disappointing

Great smoothies, a regular when we visit. HOWEVER, sadly very poor customer service, it takes a while to even be acknowledged even when quiet. No smiles and not in any way made to feel welcome.
