Used to be my favourite pool shop I used to travel out of my way to go there but got discriminated cos some dikhead in there wanted to try tell me my mask wasn't over my nose when clearly his other staff member could clearly see I was doing the right thing so will never go back there ever

I don't often leave a review, but feel obligated due to the awesome service. Poolwerx team, including Mel, first tried to help trouble shoot over the phone, before booking in a tech. The tech explainer everything and identified another issue. They even helped to repair my pump under warranty from the original manufacturer even though not purchased through them. They should be proud of the service they offer and we will only use them, even though not the closest pool shop to us - worth the drive. Thank you!
