I relied on Emma to do the necessary and paid promptly. Now we are stuck with fixing our 2020 receipts by a deadline.. I remember I kept asking her to do-everything… she didn’t even do 2 years of Bass..until later .. no alerts no good advice . Really slack service so sad and to add I never was offered a refund and still stressed of the enormous amount we have to pay back the ATO because the Bass wasn’t done when I asked . The accountant we are with now sends us auto alerts when its due.
