i popped in the other day and i am so happy with my eyebrows, i can never find people to do it the right way and damn she did an amazing job 10/10 am going again

I Absolutely love this place! I go every 2-3 weeks for brow tint and thread and the girls are so amazing so welcoming so skilled! I had the same eyebrow girl for 6 years in Burwood so moving to a new salon was hard but jeevi brows is top and I won’t go anywhere else! I highly recommend them!

Always super satisfied with the service of the Hornsby store. This morning I arrived at 10am sharp and the store has just opened but Samjana greeted me immediately and she was very friendly like usual. She always made sure that I'm happy with the results whenever I get my eyebrows done. Very professional and her technique is super impressive as I never felt any pain or uncomfortable when she does my eyebrows. Definitely wil keep coming back. I'm very happy.

First time I go to this place and my lashes have been horrible, a month has passed and they are still super messy and brittle. Maybe the girl who did it didn't have much experience.*** I had an appointment on March 6 at 10am, these are my natural eyelashes and I had an eyelash lift ***

I enjoy getting my eyebrows done here. The little massage they do with the aloe at the end is always a treat and I love when they offer brow powder too. Special thanks to Samjhana for always taking care of my brows.

As I arrived I was asked to fill out a form and sign, with the terms of brow lamination. In this form it asked if I give permission for them to take before and after photos. I said NO.I then proceeded to have my eyebrows threaded, laminated and tinted. I wish I didn’t. The lamination and threading is okay, the tint is atrocious. I asked for medium brown brows following the hair line. Instead I got black crooked eyebrows 2 sized larger than the hair line with crooked lines in all different directions. They’re horrific. The staff member also then took multiple photos of this ( and she took some before ) when I said No to this. I walked out in utter shock gobsmacked which then turned into tears. I walked into Mecca and met a very friendly woman who worked there and who gave me advice on how to remove my brows ( dish washing liquid! ) she also used a heavy duty makeup remover on me free of charge and helped remove some of the mess there and then. Stay away from this salon!

She didn't really listen to what I wanted despite my explaining - so the main reason I wanted the henna wasn't addressed. There were also a couple of obvious hairs left after the wax.

Jeevi was great! She threaded my eyebrows for me PERFECTLY! And she also filled them in for me using their brow powder. She was very informative and helpful. She also listened to what I was looking for in terms of shape and thickness! Definitely going back ❤️

I got my eyebrows threaded and a lash lift. Samjhana's nice and very thorough. I'm pleased with the results and will visit again.
