Drive thru dinner. 'Special' chicken with 2 chicken strips. The chicken strips were burnt and totally black

Order from menu log. They cancelled my order the last minute as I was waiting for it as along with my family. It's the second time. It's very poorly service from Mt Druitt oporto restaurant.

Ordered 2 box meals from Greystane store. One with spicy chicken and chips, other with spicy rice and portugues salad. Went home and find out. Called the store and lady asked me to come and pick up the salad. Drove all the way to Greystane. Upon arriving lady started to blame me that their staff put the salad under the chips. Reallyyyy!!!!! The person who packed my meal of course telling lie to save himself.. and second thing box meal comes with 2 sides. If it was under the chips than it means he still made mistake. I took the photos and showed and been wrote Oporto complaint centre couple of times but no responce till date. Looks like Oporto doesn't care about customer complaints. Never going back to Oporto... they are just there to rip you off.......

I went to oporto DFO, and when I ordered Double opergo meal @1415 hours on 10/08/2022 under name Tara and rapa by itself. When I asked to add chilly sauce inside burger and opergo sauce inside they charge me $3dollar extra for adding sauce inside burger and rapa. I am ex employee of oporto and I am aware they don’t charge extra for inside burger and rapa. They mention me it’s a new rule. Is that true?

served by “brodie h” at 3pm 20/06/20 at the auburn redyard branch:worst oporto ever. my sister is allergic to tomato and had forgotten to ask and came back to change it also asking to add mayo. they kept the relish and just added mayo. luckily i spotted the relish and stopped her then she went back to ask and they had started yelling at her and refusing to remake it. when she had asked for a refund they refused and she came to get me. when i returned for her refund they were yelling and swearing at us, called us the “n slurs”repeatedly and we were in an argument to get our money back, they even tried to rip us off with returning only half the money. these three on shift were appalling especially the short, fat, dark man, and the short, lighter girl. they took their name tags off. shame on them. had we not been black they probably would’ve had better treatment.

I am a former employee of the company and have not been paid for over 5 months. I received a payslip about two weeks ago backpaying me all the money I was owed, however, I still haven’t received that payment in my bank account. Following this I decided to call head office. I have called about 7 times on different times and days and I have had no response. I have left various messages asking to call me back and I have had no response.

I visited Oporto at Sydney Olympic Park on Boxing Day 2021 and ordered 1/2 chicken meal and 1/4 chicken meal. The 1/2 chicken meal was half eaten when we got, the lettuce was withered and 1/4 chicken meal was cold and when we showed the girl the half eaten chicken, she would not give us a refund as we had 4 witnesses to verify what happened. I have now written for 2 letters and 4 emails and all have had NO RESPONSE. I would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND Oporto chicken to anyone.

Bought burger. Small bun, small chicken piece & tasteless. Never, buying again. Rip off.

First time today, the rice was overcooked, salad was warm , chicken was tough, pilaf was doughy everything was inedible threw it it the bin , what a waste of $ ......
