Thank you Vicky for always doing such a wonderful job for my Cavoodle, she looks so pretty every time you groom her! She is a nervous dog, and you are the only Groomer who has been able to make her feel relaxed and happy, even when trimming her nails!! Would highly recommend Vicky to anyone.

Vicky has been grooming my seven year old Spoodle Willow since she was a puppy. Lots of tail wagging and excitement reserved for arriving at the beach and also when seeing Vicky just says it all. Vicky is always accommodating and does a brilliant job.

Excellent dog grooming services at Hound Hairdresser. I've been taking my maltese shitzu for the last year. Sage is a very skittish dog and Vicky is wonderfully patient with her. Groomers are notoriously hard to get into but Hound Hairdresser have always done their best to fit Sage in. I happily recommend Hound Hairdresser at Eaton.

Vicky has been grooming my baby for about 7 or more years now and does an amazing job. She has on many occasion gone out of her way to ensure that my baby gets an appointment when i have been so un organised in the past. The quality of her work is impeccable, she even does my sons furbaby! so without a shadow of a doubt i can truly with hand on heart recommend Vicky for her past efforts and for always looking after my baby girl Sami and her furcousin Millie. Poor customer experience.You palmed me off simply because of the breed.I tried to work around your schedule - offering to do mornings during the work week. Your professionalism was very abrupt and both my partner and I won't be recommending your services.I was happy to do week days not just weekends.You simply made an assumption about my dog when you haven't even met her. Just comes across as lazy customer service.

Vicki is AmazingHave been using Hound hairdresser for almost 10 years.Vicky is very professional and always goes out of her way to accommodate my dogs. One of them is 18 years old and hard to groom, Vicky always takes extra care with him.Would highly recommend Vicky.
