Ontrak Training

I started working out with Ontrak Training in May 2016 and it was absolutely the best decision I ever made. I am eating much healthier than I ever have, I see food differently and I have finally quit smoking. When I started with Ontrak it was scary as I hadn't been exercising or anything since I left high school, but the classes are always fun, friendly, welcoming and we always have an amazing time, I have made some truly amazing friends in those classes. Since joining I have competed in multiple running events and this September will be competing in my first ever Spartan event. This is all because of the amazing support and encouragement I have received from Jess. I highly recommend Ontrak Training and have done so with my friends, family and work mates. So thank you Ontrak for helping me become a happier and healthier me.

I've been training with Jess at Ontrak for just over 18 months now and have enjoyed each and every session immensely. Even though it can be hard getting started with any training program, Jess shows a genuine interest in you and your personal goals. Her sessions are always engaging, personalised when necessary, and challenging, and the other members are supportive and fun to be around. I'm so glad I stumbled across Ontrak - it has helped to change my life for the better!
