Novacastrian Bathrooms did a great job of my bathroom right from the beginning. From the initial consultation with Jacob, who explained everything that would happen to the designing in store with Lexy who understood my uniqueness and help create a bathroom I would love. The trades were all professional and polite and left the house clean and tidy each day. Would definitely recommend NBS to anyone who wants a great bathroom.

Overall, we're happy with the end product from NBS. The team were professional and were available to address any concerns.Unfortunately, we had some issues with the overall cleaning of the bathrooms, requiring multiple visits and was still not properly rectified. This appears to be an outlier, but could not rate it as 5 stars.I would still recommend NBS to anyone looking to have a full remodeling of their bathroom/s.

Very positive experience with NBS. The team did a fantastic job on our newly renovated bathroom. We worked with designer Lexy who was very friendly/helpful and provided us with a quality design. Jacob managed the job and worked promptly and professionally and was quick to respond to any of our queries. We have a young baby and the team at NBS and trades were very respectful of notifying us when they would be onsite and worked quickly and quietly with very little disturbance. Highly recommend!

Just completed our main bathroom renovation with NBS.From the initial quotation inspection with Shane to the design phase with the talented Lexy & onto to the construction with the plethora of genuinely skilled tradespeople, the project was completed within the allotted timeframe through a well coordinated & communicated work flow process, exceeding our expectations in every way.We can highly recommend this organisation.

We have recently had our ensuite and main bathroom renovated by Novocastrian Bathroom Solutions and we are extremely happy with the results. The process was seamless from our initial meeting with the design team right through to completion. Trades were all reliable, respectful, tidy and their workmanship was of a very high standard.

NBS just renovated our upstairs bathroom. The end result was awesome and Wade (Project Manager) was great at resolving any issues that came up. Lexy helped us with all the design aspects. If you're looking for a company to manage your renovation start to finish, NBS is for you.

Can’t speak more highly of NBS and the fantastic work they did completely renovating the bathroom, laundry and toilet in my unit.From the first visit, NBS staff were friendly and approachable, and provided an honest and upfront quote.The designer Lexy was a superstar, making the design consult a very fun experience. She expanded on my ideas, gave her own expert advice and turned it into reality. By working with the builders, she was able to accommodate my extra ideas like an additional handheld tap for washing my dog in the bath, and unique skylights in the bathroom and laundry.The operations manager Troy was professional and approachable, and overcame all the hurdles throughout the process.The tradespersons were all courteous and professional, respecting my privacy, home and pets.The end result is exactly what I had pictured (and more)! They turned an ugly and dim part of my home into a bright, beautiful and functional space. I wholeheartedly recommend NBS if you are considering a bathroom renovation.

From our very first dealings with NBS we knew we were in professional hands!Our site visit by Shane, for measure & quote, was seamless, he saw our vision & presented a reasonable honest quote!Our designer Lexie was the STAR of the whole bathroom renovation! From day 1 she saw exactly our ideas & 1 visit to the showroom & a few emails was all it took! We really appreciated Lexie's patience, honesty & professionalism!Troy, our project manager was always approachable, professional & nothing was ever an issue! Communication was fantastic! We knew exactly who was coming & when!Every single tradesperson whom entered our home over the 5 week project, was courteous, professional & the level of cleanliness of the worksite & clean up was perfect everyday! They respected our privacy, our home & our pets! Big shout out to Brad Nelson, our plumber, he was awesome!The end results are beyond what we could ever have imagined!
