Best Company, that takes care of its people and customers

My experience wasn't great at all with these guys. I ordered a head device for a surgery I was having in two weeks. I was reassured it would be hand delivered by courier within a couple of days. 3 days before my surgery I called and asked where it was... they said they'd check and call back. No call. Called again the next day, Same thing (I get it's with the courier, but the courtesy of a call would've been nice). Finally, the day before surgery I was already super anxious about the surgery itself, and these guys tell me, 'Yeah it'll be with you sometime today'... After numerous back and forth phone calls, their courier (Toll Couriers - likewise rubbish service) deliver it to my Parcel Locker...so I have to leave home and go get this thing... all hours within my surgery. The guy calls me a few hours later to ask if it's arrived. I tell him yes. He says 'Great' and hangs up. No apology. Zero customer service. Unless you count 'Rubbish' as customer service.

Our cardiology clinics have been using their services since Day 1 and I have nothing but positive experiences with them. They are always prompt with responses and assistance - you'll feel really well taken care of. I don't know how they do this but the whole team is upbeat, friendly and professional - keep it up team and thank you for your hard work!
