Took two visits to get my tig machine sorted, charged me 360 to change the torch head, which was never the problem.On the second visit they ended up changing the gas solenoid which was what I told them I suspected was the problem in the first place.Wasted half a bottle of argon before i realised there was a massive gas leak at the connection at the back of the machine because of the tiny bit of Teflon tape they used, ended up fixing it myself to save a third visit.To top it off they didn't return my gas regulator which was packed in a box with the earth and torch leads. Had to buy another one for $100Complete stuff around, didn't get a itemised receipt or even an explanation of what they actually did. I questioned what they did and they said the part was $110, ive replace the torch head a few times with genuine ones for $40. So $250 labour for a job that takes 15 mins.

Always helpful, extensive welding gear in stock. Shame about the barking dog. Lol. Jokes.
