Solarventi Australia

We live on the coast in Eastern Victoria. We purchased our home in 2015 and prior to our purchase the vendors installed 3 solar venti panels from this company. Plans were submitted and the location of the panels was in accordance with the sun and position of our home. The panels were purchased at a considerable cost as their was some minor damp issues within the home. The panels were put on the home with large holes put in the brick work and plaster to accommodate the pvc pipes. When we moved in none of the 3 panels worked. I contacted this company and received new solar panels and fans. I was told by the owner of Solar Venti that his predecessor has used cheap Chinese panels and we may have received these. The new equipment arrived free of charge with postage paid by us. We obtained the services of an electrician as my skills as a handyman is somewhat limited. At a cost of over 500 dollars the new panels and fans were replaced. They worked but were not really effective and not much air was expelled. Probably 12 months later 2 more panels failed and again I requested more panels this time at my expense. Just after that another fan stopped and again we received another. Again I had my electrician come and replace all the faulty equipment. Another 500 dollar bill. Last month I decided to check on the solar venti’s and two of them again aren’t working. They could have been faulty for some time as the rooms they service are our children’s bedrooms and 12 months ago they left home to seek employment in Melbourne. I emailed solar venti 3 times and had no reply. I rang and Kate the co owner told me she didn’t check her emails. I explained to her my problems and asked if a local agent could visit to set us right. She sent me a check list and told me to email again if I couldn’t isolate the problem. I did strike a problem and have emailed 5 times with no reply. I doubt if I will hear from them. My problem is I’ve got 3 unsightly panels on my home. They don’t work and if I take them down I’ll be up for a fortune to fill the holes in our walls inside and out.The customer service shown by this company is terrible and the product is of poor quality.I don’t like using electricity but we purchased a dehumidifier and it’s perfect.Please think twice before purchasing this product.5/7/22. I’ve just read a response from the owners. They published the response 12 months after my review. The response in incorrect and not at all accurate. I’m disappointed in this company’s ethics.

Love this product! It can be used for so so much. Heating, Dehumidification, Drying, Healthy Air, Ventilation, Saving on Electricity!
