Oblivious, dismissive, impersonal, ironic and unacceptable. MVA team or MIA team? I alerted my team" to something being missed and kindly ask them to check that with TAC and got blown off with some generalisation about all their other clients and how long they wait

Mark Rawling forced me to settle a case in a few hours and claimed that the TAC was pushing. But the TAC gave their clients 7 days to make the decision. He’s a completely liar with no integrity. If he could spent more time on improving his professionalism, he wouldn’t have to lie for making a living.
