We sold our property in Hillbank with Harvey at the beginning of 2020 and were surprised that Harvey managed to get the property sold on its first open. The property was tenanted and Harvey dealt directly with the Rental Agent and tenants to negotiate opens and the replacement of carpet in the house. I would highly recommend Harvey if you're looking to sell your property.....particularly if tenanted as he'd be a pro now at dealing with difficult tenants.

After meeting several real estate agents, we selected Harvey to help us sell our home in Mawson Lakes. It was clear from the very beginning he was the right choice. We were selling for the first time so, needed a lot of guidance along the way. Harvey helped with everything from our rent vs sell decition, creating a selling strategy, setting a price, presenting our home and finding capable people for small repairs and cleaning. Harvey was with us every step of the way. Our house sold quickly and for a good price. If we ever sell another home, we will not bother speaking to any other agent as there is no doubt Harvey is the best!
