I have a dental phobia, and Today I visited Bendigo Smiles, and they were so lovely!! Dr Amith was so gentle and kind, and the woman at reception (so sorry, I have a bad memory and I can't remember your name) was so lovely. Kindness and gentleness goes a long way :). Today I had my six monthly clean with Alina the oral health therapist, Alina had done an amazing job she was very polite and very gentle can not fault my experience today and look forward to my next clean in 6 months time.A thank you to Chloe her lovely assistant for the day and a thank you to the very helpful reception team Hayley and Rachel for scheduling my next appointment.Keep up the great work :)

I was visiting from Qld and had a bad tooth ache and needed urgent attention. The team were amazing, very friendly and professional. I ended up having an extraction and not being a fan of dentists, I couldn't be more confident with the way the dentist and nurse helped me through the process. Highly recommend this team of lovely people.

Wonderful experience.Off street parking.Reception staff were warm and friendly. Dental nurse Skye was kind and warned me (as a nervous patient) what was coming next.Dr Mattu was very gentle and explained the procedure, options and follow up care required.I am very happy with the end result- you wouldn’t know I had even had a restoration done!Thank you.

My son had his first tooth extracted today - last minute call in and Bendigo smiles was awesome to fit us in! the ladies from reception, the assistant and the dentist herself, such AMAZING team work!above and beyond professional, lovely, caring, compassionate and relatable advice and help.I know neither of us will forget today or the assistant who was thoroughly sensitive and warming to my sons needs, thank you x
