Absolutely amazing. I can't recommend highly enough. We retained Amelie to act on our behalf when selling our house. We had to change solicitors because our previous solicitors had not done what they were meant to, and so we were looking at not settling in time (which meant the buyer could terminate the contract and/or sue us for damages). We retained Amelie on the Tuesday - with settlement due on Friday. The mortgage release documents were lodged that day. The bank said that to process the mortgage release documents would normally take 10 to 15 business days. Amelie made sure the mortgage was released and everything else was done by Friday - and we settled! I am solicitor myself and I was impressed with Amelie's knowledge, professionalism, personality and ability to go above and beyond. (And they were not expensive at all).

Highly professional and efficient advice and service. My property was quite unique with a small pool of potential buyers. The sale was touch & go at different stages with the buyers nervousness and other factors nearly bringing the deal undone. Anthony and Amelie were excellent in guiding me through various options around vendor financing and put/call options as a way to get the buyer over the line. They managed a long list of special conditions in a way that was always protecting my downside but also kept the buyers satisfied the deal was moving forward in good faith.
