The teachers' hard work and support in caring for the students, not just academically but also socially, makes Ngo and Sons a wonderful learning environment. Their easy going and friendly nature ensures that students don’t feel uncomfortable asking questions and overall contributes to the centre’s excellent teaching ability. The teachers are highly knowledgeable and can explain complex concepts in simple terms. Highly recommend this centre for high school tutoring.

Absolute waste of time and money. Just another greedy, money minded coaching centre with no integrity. Term after term they collect money on time but no timely response to enquiries. No service provided if you have doubts on homework problems or test problems. No reporting on how the student is progressing in class. Unqualified teachers and teaching methods. Such a waste.

Terrible place! There's a hole in one of the classrooms and the teachers can't teach. They teach the most hardest subject and don't give the kids a break. There's so much pressure put on the students because they have school assignments and homework from ngo. They don't care about the kids mental health and the teachers don't care about the kids education. Terrible place. They just want your money. As a student I don't think there should be classes on Saturday. When I wake up every Saturday I say to myself, there goes my Saturday.

As a previous student of Ngo and Sons Academic Coaching, I am very grateful towards all of my teachers as through their hard work and dedication in classes it allowed me to go above and beyond my academic goals. I would recommend this centre to all students seeking to maximize their academic performance.

Having been a mathematics student at this amazing centre for almost 5 years up till the end of Year 12, I can safely say that it has contributed greatly in allowing me to achieve an incredible ATAR. The friendly environment and the expertise of all who work at the centre made me eager to come to class every week. Also, the centre's teaching notes, homework booklets and general structure cater to students across all skill levels and in doing so, allow even the hardest topics to be taught with utmost clarity. I 100% recommend choosing Ngo and Sons as the tutoring centre to either attend or send your children to :)))))

Ngo and sons is complicated place because i studied there a few years ago and it helped a little but they give you too much homwork and just expect the student to know the answer and how to do it, even submitting the homework is hard beacuse they have a whole another login which says submit but the teachers say that you have to give it physically. The calls can take a long time to get someone and it just is an okish place.

Signed up after positive experiences with the primary centre however this is a completely different place with a completely different (and unfortunately poor) experience. Main issue are the reception staff who are often rude, condescending and demanding. Teaching materials are okay but including a resource fee for booklets which were plagued with errors is ridiculous. My son has seen the owner, Mr David Mai, verbally get into disagreements with parents in front of other students. This is not only unprofessional but is not something young students should be exposed to. Disagreements should be handled behind closed doors and in a civil manner. Teacher was good but very young and could not answer basic questions regarding my son's progress. I am sure they are extremely intelligent with a great ATAR and HSC score but severely lack experience.

Has teachers that are willing to accomodate for your skill, although not too much. Some school-tailored classes which is good for students in those schools. Most teachers relatively chill to talk to and discuss although they know how to be serious as well.
