They don't deliver what they promise. Bought goods worth $1300 on Friday, delivery promised for Tuesday but till Thursday it is still with driver for delivery. Worst customer service. Not recommended at all.

I ordered and paid for a bunch of aluminium composite panels.They were never delivered.SAS denied any liability and would not replace it.We rang to talk the issue through and were met with dishonesty and rudeness.I would not recommend this company to anyone.Edit: more than 1 year later and they still haven't accepted responsibility. I have found other suppliers which are cheaper, and have great customer service skills and products.

SYDNEY - Have ordered from here multiple times, with acrylic cutting service. For the most part they have been fine, speedy and helpful. Not sure if staffing has changed mid 2021 but they take zero care when cutting mirror acrylic (blades not sharp, causing masking - plastic to peel up or damage therefore causing blemishes under material) - They take no responsibility so buyer beware. We do not guarantee the liner will not be compromised with multiple cutting" - Perhaps do not offer a service that you can not satisfactory complete. Very disappointed that now all my materials have to be supplied from another manufacturer and supplier as my complaints have been left unresolved
