Professional and welcoming staff. As a guy who has no idea about skin treatments I always felt overwhelmed by all the options, but the new management team here they made it simple and easily accessible for someone like myself.

I got introduced to threading my eyebrows working in the sydney cbd. I now have finally found a salon where the customer service was great, PROFESSIONAL, the salon in immaculate clean condition where you walk in and you're greeted with a warm friendly smile and not feeling intimidated. I now know my eyebrows are going to be looked after unlike other previous experiences. I walked out of a great salon with new tips and tricks to maintain my brows in between visits. As a bloke, going into a 'beauty' shop can be confronting, but not with Concept Beautie. Staff were great and made me feel really relaxed and comfortable. Great service and products with a great outcome. You beauty!

absolutely love this place! Staff were welcoming and so friendly. I was indecisive about what I needed done for skin treatment and the staff were helpful and honest about what I should and shouldn’t do to my skin and which was the best to give me the real results I needed. Highly recommended

The lady who did my waxing was lovely but missed quite a bit of hair on my legs and opened the door twice while I was naked from the waist down. It made me incredibly uncomfortable that she opened the sliding door two times.

I popped in without an appointment because its close to home. The consultant I had was friendly and the price was reasonableHowever, i had my brows threaded and tinted and I am not happy with them at all. There is no great line to my brows as ive had with threading elsewhere. And i have them tinted becauae i have a few grey hairs.... i still have a few, despite the tint. I essentially look as if I haven't had them done at all... and it was only 5 daya ago :(
