Tick Tock Watch Repairs

A return customer, I took 2 watches into Tick Tock today, a G-Shock needing a battery change and re setting, and a Slazenger needing a replacement strap and resetting. I only had a short time in Perth and needed them done asap before heading back home to the countryside. The beautiful shop assistant found me an exact matching replacement strap. I came back in an hour and the watches were cleaned, reset and ready to take home. Great service and their attention to small details make dealing with Tick Tock a real pleasure. BTW they have a loyalty card which is good if you have several watches. I think your 5th battery replacement is free! A planned pressure test on the G-Shock was cancelled as it turned out sadly to be just a good fake! A less honest place could have charged me for the test and I would have been non the wiser. ..

Quick, efficient service, but not cheap

Pardon the pun but, What a waste of time" - I took my watch for repair

A whole new experience: started with a watch needing a regular service, to a watch with water leaking problem, and now a water leaking watch with a broken crown. Every time I pick it up there comes a surprise. Blaming me for possibly swimming or diving with it (with a birthday gift from my mom?), and not returning it back immediately (I mean you only open till 5.30 on workdays......). And the crown is now sealed in by water because of my delay (I even pulled out the little cap on it but not the crown, what kind of water does that?) —— just can't be their problem anyways.I also never find it this difficult talking to someone. Had to repeat almost half of my words for them to understand. You would lose confidence, doubt yourself eventually, and don't feel like arguing anymore. At least that's the only thing they succeeded in.

If there was a way to score this shop zero stars I'd do it. My experience was that the guy i dealt with (North American accent) was dealing with the servicing of my Tag Heuer automatic watch however, he broke it in the process. He then accused me of breaking it! He charged me outrageously and claimed he needed new parts (the parts he broke). Don't bother with this shop if you have an expensive watch that needs to be repaired. I found the guy to be inexperienced, rude, dishonest and untrustworthy! I was not happy at all with the service they provided and the fee they charged me.

Great service and a great range of Seiko's to be found in store.

Walked in for battery change. 10 minutes later walked out, $20.Couldn't have been cheaper and easier. Staff very friendly.

Do not use this service! I took my watch in to have the battery replaced and returned to the shop to discover they couldn’t remove the back and resorted to using a hammer (not normal practice according to two other watchmakers), also they had removed the band. I asked that they didn’t proceed and they placed the watch and band bits in a bag and returned it to me. I took the parts to a jewelry store and asked that they reassemble the watch and replace the battery. The jeweler then pointed out that the hands were no longer connected and it was beyond his skill set and would send it off to a watchmaker. The watchmaker came back to me saying the works had been damaged and it would cost $150 to fix. I returned to tick tock and told them the above and the manager refused to take responsibility or even apologize. She was condescending and rude

I had two watches repaired and received excellent service.I received a quote over the phone for the work & parts and was surprised that the prices were more affordable than I had expected.Immelda was so helpful taking time to adjust the watch band and is an asset to the store.
