Was nice, water level very low atm. Would love to come back just after a heavy rainfall. Nice picnic area and some great walks. Don't forget your water bottle

On 2019-03-18 this campsite was closed without any online warnings so I turned around on arrival. Day use area is open.

a must see if your in the area. i've lived in townsville for years now and didn't know this place was here and now that i've been i definitley plan to return in the not so distant future. beautiful swimming hole below and view from lookout is well worth the walk up the stairs
