I’ve shopped at this store for over a decade but today I attended and the shop assistant was incredibly rude. There were three people behind me in the queue and when I explained I needed assistance as the phone covers didn't have labels, I happily waited for them to be served. Once the line had cleared, I was handed a box of covers which also didn't have labels. When I asked for assistance again she dismissed me when one of her colleagues helped me with the same query a few months back and proceeded to tell me I was rude. Yes we're all tired on Christmas Eve but refusing to assist and telling a customer they are rude is not appropriate.

Friendly customer service. Ample variety of nic nacs and gifts. Easy access form car park. Ample parking. Very similar to a market stall, except everything with in a retail store.
