I visited lots of outdoor furniture stores across Sydney, many you just would not do business with. Remarkable Pymble is in a class of its own. The store is spotlessly clean, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly...they are empowered to do deals!I had my heavy table and chairs delivered to Lake Macquarrie and assembled by the the delivery crew. Everything went like clockwork...I was kept informed every step along the way.Do yourself a favour, save time and drama...just heard to Remarkable first up!

We knew Remarkable Outdoor Living from Sydney home show last month, and we paid a return visit to their Northshore showroom for the Neverland extension setting we were looking at. The showroom was AMAZING! My partner and I were looking for outdoor furniture for months and we never came across a showroom that has such large range, and quality settings! Literally, I wish I could buy everything! Thanks Federico for arranging all deliveries, set-ups and stuff for us. Neverland table arrived this morning. The whole family loved it! Thank you so much Monica for showing me around the showroom and letting me take these shots!

The furniture is nice, but the organisation is a little hopeless. They had to be chased constantly, our order got lost, then the delivery drivers flat out refused to take the rubbish despite us having paid for this service. When I rang them, they promised to call me right back after investigating. I've never heard back from them.

Thank you Frederico and team! We had a great experience from entering the store to getting our new furniture delivered. The store has a great selection of good quality outdoor furniture. Delivery was also quick and reasonably priced. It was convenient that we were informed of our 4 hour delivery window the day prior to delivery. On the day of delivery we got another call 30 mins prior to arrival which was again fantastic to see compared to other businesses were you wait all day without any idea when it might turn up. We are very happy with the product and the services! Highly recommended!

I'm not usually one to write a review online, but I had to for this hidden gem in Pymble. The quality, design and price points of this outdoor furniture is better than anything else I've seen in the market...but most importantly, the customer service was exceptional. Monica was incredibly warm and accommodating for what we were looking for without being pushy. A fantastic experience 5 stars!
