Always use for our A1 & A2 plan printing, great service !

I had my Receipt books and Business cards reprinted here recently and was very pleased with the price (was the same price as last time) however ... I did expect the end products to be EXACTLY the same as they had previously been. Kwik Kopy had my details / templates on record and so I was disappointed to see that my Receipt books had smaller print/font than before. It is too small in my opinion and actually makes the Receipt book look less professional.On the positive side , the quality of the paper was better this time round.Given that I've had my Receipt books printed there several times over many years and they have always been the same , I expected the same this time and was disappointed that they weren't.I can live with it - but it should have been pointed out to me that the font size was going to be altered because the previous orders were always the same.

Kwik Kopy provide error in final product and give customer bad experience.-disappointed first impression (yelled at me, thought i was someone else)-slow delivery (3 weeks to receive the product - initially state 3-5 days)-bad communication skills.-extended due date.-not corporative and not friendly.-error in the product - twice!-receive no incentive.-left product in front of the store and tell customer to pick it up at night.Owner have no service mind whatsoever. The job took about 3 weeks to complete a business card, such a delay and this could have been solve by proper communication. The final product was upside down!.I dont usually write complaints but this is very unacceptable. Maybe if the owner love what he do, it would probably give him more motivation to service his customers better - provide professional suggestions, incentive for errors. But it seems to me he hates his job. Hopefully he take these into consideration.

Submitted a quote request and supplied my print file and never heard anything back. Took my business elsewhere!

Very helpful staff who immediately printed my work and provided a sample so I was happy with final outcome which was an excellent quality photo. Staff had expertise to size work as required and photo was excellent quality for a very reasonable price. Always do my printing here and always happy with results and service and pricing
