Great service, fast shipping although it arrived before I even received a tracking number so luckily I was home when it was delivered.

I ordered the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Bronte 7.1kW Split System on 12/01/2023 and and it was delivered the next day here in Doncaster VIC. Got it professionally installed on 18/01/2023. Very impressive with the quick delivery and the AC is working perfectly. It easily cools my 52m2 openplan kitchen/lounge room where my Golden Retriever spent most of his time now. I also purchased the Daikin Air Purifier HEPA MC55YPVM on the 11/01/2023 and it was picked up the next day in Sydney by CouriersPlease. This took 2 weeks to arrived because the CouriersPlease driver did not update the Tracking for almost 2 weeks. Thanks to Kim at Aus Air Conditioners chasing up CouriersPlease, the driver dropped off the Daikin the next day. I'm very satisfied with Aus Air Conditioners and will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
